THE BEST Process Server – Hands Down. Look No Further. This is NOT a paid review. I am writing this because I want every single person who is serious about getting their case served to know where to go. After being completely let down by a so-called "National Registered Process Service" company, I was frustrated, exhausted, and honestly discouraged. I gave that company exact days and times to serve one of the individuals — and they ignored every single one. They chose random days, random times, and to make it worse? The server knocked on MY door to serve ME. The wrong door. That is how careless they were. I went to Facebook, joined a process server group, and made a post saying I was looking for an individual — not a company — because I was disgusted with how I had been treated. That is when Charm City Process Serves reached out. Scott Borowski was the first person to contact me. We talked for hours. He shared his strategies. He listened. He actually cared. Hired to serve a former tenant of mine that didn’t pay her rent . Charm City was very knowledgeable about the process and court instructions . They made this part easy . Will hire again if needed
